March 20th Meeting

Two Pedestrian traffic signs were approved for purchase to be placed off of Black Rock Rd by the canal path along with 2 solar-powered digital speed signs to be placed on Yardley-Morrisville Road.

HRG, the consultant that has been hired to address storm water management issues in the Township, came to the meeting with some immediate recommendations. Their full report will be issued later this year. The Board voted to advertise two ordinances to amend stormwater management.  These will be voted on April 17th meeting.

The Board of Supervisors directed the Solicitor to draft an ordinance to protect LGBTQ+ members of the community. This ordinance will be similar to ones passed in Yardley, Doylestown, and other local municipalities. This ordinance will address gaps in legal protections which are not provided by PA or Federal Law.

The Board also voted to advertise an Open Space ordinance changing the definition of Open Space. This was voted on and approved at the April 3rd meeting.
